This Is The Place To Vacation!
We had a wonderful time! 5 of us stayed and it was more than enough room. The kids and I enjoyed sitting on the balcony every morning and evening to watch the sun rise and set. The view was fantastic! The house was excellent, comfortable, inviting, a home away from home! The kids were excited about being so close to the beach. I enjoyed the shower by the pool to wash the sand off the kiddos, makes mommy life a little easier. Anything and everything you could need or want in a vacation rental! We had the best time and will book every time we vacation at Cocoa Beach!

Excellent Location!
Stayed 4 nights at the end of January. Perfect location in a quiet neighborhood, close to Port Canaveral and Cocoa Beach. Gorgeous views. The beach wasn't very crowded, which was really nice. Plenty of room in the condo for my cousin and I and the neighbors were really nice. Will definitely visit again.

Great place to stay near Coco Beach
We stayed in this apartment over Presidents’ Day weekend. Rob was extremely helpful in helping us find the best unit for our needs. The location is amazing right on the beach with private access. Apartment is recently redone. The pictures do not do it justice. We had a great stay. This unit was by far the best value for the money that I found on vbro or air B and B.

Awesome Property!
The condo was perfect for a couple. It's on the 2nd floor with a perfect view of the ocean. You can lay in bed and watch the sun come up! The kitchen is perfect for making meals, and the location is perfect.

We rented this condo at the end of March 2021. The condo is beautiful and over looks the ocean. Just steps away from the private beach. It has a heated pool and hot tub. The property is very well kept and close to Cocoa Beach and Port Canaveral. It has all everything you need in the condo. From towels to every kitchen utensil you will need. Bring your personal belongings and you are set. All of the monthly renters are super welcoming and we were sad to leave because we made so many new friends. I would give this a 5 star rating all of the way!!

An absolute gem
My wife, 14 and 11 year old and I spent a great few days here and absolutely loved the condo, the beach, the view and the pool. Everything about the stay exceeded our expectations. And the condo location is excellent. I'd highly recommend it and we plan to visit again next year.

We stayed the weekend for a space launch and it was great! Location close walk to the beach and very clean. Property managers relayed information quickly and was there to answer all questions. Rob did a great job handling a quick cancellation on another property. Highly recommend and we’’ll be back!

Condo had a wonderful location. Close to Kennedy space center and minutes away from coco beach. Beach access to Cape Canaveral Beach and a clean pool for the kids. Will definitely be staying again. Clean and quiet, everything you need for vacation.

This was a great place for a family vacation. The kids loved the being so close to the ocean! They also enjoyed meeting and swimming with others at the pool and hot tub. Robert was great to work with and was prompt in answering our questions. Our family of 5 enjoyed our stay.

Pleasantly Surprised- Great Value for Canaveral/Cocoa Beach
I reached out to Rob for some hep with a last minute booking. He was very prompt and accommodating, helping us to identify an option at Royal Mansions in Canaveral. Great little condo with an ocean view. The complex is ocean front. Easily accessible, very close to the best restaurants in the port. If you’re lucky enough to be around during a rocket launch, you can experience it right from the beach.

Best Spot in the complex!
This condo is in the best location in this complex, only steps from the pool and beach gate. Unit was clean and fit our family of 4 very nicely. The manager Rob was great to work with and answered all out questions adding to make our stay great. We are definitely coming back and highly recommend!

Royal Mansion Was Wonderful
Royal Mansion Resort was wonderful. The condo was very clean, two bedrooms with very large beds and 2 bathrooms. The kitchen had everything you needed to cook in. Large living room area with an area for 4 to sit down for meals. The patio had a beach view I loved sitting there in the morning to drink my coffee and again at night as you unwind. A nice sized pool as nice to come up to after spending the day at the beach. Never a struggle to find room on the beach. We got to see 2 space launches from Kennedy Space Center while sitting on the beach. A short drive to cocoa Beach and just over an hours drive to Disney. The only thing that would make this stay perfect would be finer bed linens, towels and newer beach chairs. I definitely will return to this stay.

Nice place
This is a nice place. It had everything that we needed. It’s well kept and close to everything. If you get tired of of the beach you can always go to the pool or hot tub which are only a few steps from the room. Overall it is a nice place and well worth the price. We will definitely look for this place to be available for our next trip.

Amazing Location
What an awesome private location tucked away from it all. When you want a true beach vacation this is the place to rent!! Walks to the Jetty multiple times a day with spectacular sunrises and sunsets. We saw dolphins several times a day as well. Super clean rental with literally everything you need in it. Plenty of space for everyone to get away from each other as needed too. Excellent communication and what wonderful locals that live there. So nice for it to be keypad coded so everyone could come and go with ease. My oldest rented a bike and the company brought it to us for him to ride. Excellent local restaurants - Gators and Florida Seafood were our most frequented. My husband and oldest went on the Casino cruise one morning and had a blast as well. Loved the peacock families that frequented too. We will definitely stay here again!!!

Absolute bliss
Location was perfect. Area was so beautiful. Spent many nights watching the cruise ships go out to sea. Beach was absolutely wonderful. Not crowded. All guests/owners were pleasant. Updated/working beach gear is needed though. I plan to return. Love it here.

Fun Time!
So close to the beach! We got to see a launch right from the balcony! Had everything needed in the kitchen and even had a few toiletries to get started, that saved a trip to the store first thing. Property manager was amazing and very helpful, he gave us lots of tips that led to adventures we wouldn’t have known about otherwise. The only “complaint” I would have is that the beach equipment in the unit is broken- umbrella, chairs, boogie boards, etc. We flew in so bringing our own wasn’t an option. I realize this is out of managements control, but just a heads up for those who are interested in staying in the unit.

Stay was excellent overall. The property was nicer than expected as very limited photos provided. Upstairs bedroom privacy is limited by open view from loft to living room. I would stay here again.

Perfect Location
I had a lovely stay at this condo in February 2022. It had everything I needed and was in a perfect location Walks on the beach, swimming daily in the heated pool and relaxing in the hot tub were wonderful. It was nice to have days where I did not have to drive anywhere! The other residents were friendly. The kitchen was well equipped; the bed was comfortable and the living area worked for hanging out and watching the Olympics and Netflix. My son used the pull out sofa and slept fine. I used the very clean laundry facilities and had trouble with the payment app, but luckily had enough quarters for the machines. We had fun watching 3 rocket launches during my stay as well as all the cruise boats in and out of Port Canaveral. It is a quiet building; virtually no noise from other residents, aside from some occasional hallway chatter. We took advantage of being in the area and went to Kennedy Space Center, SeaWorld, did Kayaking and Go Carts in Cocoa Beach. Had a few meals watching boats in and out of the port and also took a boat ride from the Banana River through the lock and into the port. The decor has a beach theme and is relaxed, Unit was clean and tidy. I would definitely stay here again!

Everything needed for a perfect beach vacation is provided. Close to so many attractions, yet a family friendly beach area that is not crowded at all. We have been here more than 15 times and will definitely go back again and again!!! Highly recommended.
